It has a switch at the top that turns the device off and on basically. It is locked up or somethng. The screen goes black and does not responsd to any commands. I am at a loss to figure this out. I have only purchased this devise 5 months ago. It was working fine until this week when I was at the gym, it went out. I tried to reset it as described in the help menue.
