If u wait till the end of the month a new one will be released> free as well). window xp can run it but most drivers are not compatible with it like the video card drivers. For the person with battery problem, u probably put ur zune in hibernate and never really turn it off (holding the play button till off hibernates/sleeps it, to shut down hit the down button back till its turned off). for more help keep posting. i will help the best i can!!!
