			<description>There is no way they can bring a phone to market that fast. Between carrier testing and FCC approval - not to mention the development of the actual device. Lets keep in mind the Microsoft was shockingly able to get the Zune out the door in 9 months - an that did not have the first two hurdles I mentioned above. 

If they are just now talking about what the phone's features and strategy will be - there is no way will will see it by the end of the year.
