Zune Firmware v1.3 is out!

Hi All, Just bought a zune, i.m actually not based in the states. I was playing a video clip and suddenly the device freezed, i restarted and it asked me to plug to my pc which i did thereafter instructed me to open the zune software and restore the zune firmware. There is no where to do a restore on the zune software on my pc. I tried to update the firmware form the internet but it always say "unable to updates, please try again later." Someone kindly help out. Thanks. - olu

When i installed Zune Software in PC and after the installation, when i connect my Zune Device it shows me that you have not installed the driver and my windows XP servive pack 2 show the dialog box of Driver Installation. and also it is not showing in the Zune Connected Device in Zune Software. Please Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp Me as soon as possible. or you can also send my answer on -- e-mail removed by admin -- - Muhammmad

Glenn: Delete it first from the library and Zune player, then "sign in" your account from Zune Software, click the orange-man icon, Account Management, Restore library. - Zune-Online.com

I have one file that skipped before and skips now. Is there a way to re-download from ZM as I already paid the 79 Points to keep it? Glenn - Glenn

YATÁÁÁ!!!:D :D :D :D :D now updating... but i haven´t this problem with the songs...so this issues don´t boring me..but it is nice the firmware!!:P hope that who has this problem stay happy! ;D : - Tony
