I keep restarting my zune but i can never get to the point where it just let's me go to the main menu, the connect your zune to the computer screen shows up and i don't know what to do. I don't want to uninstall the zune software because my sister has her own account that is working fine. I'm not exactly the smartest computer junkie out there but i know a little bit to get me by. for some reason it downloaded sucessfully and now every time i click the application to open it, i get this message "Microsoft ZUne has encountered a problem and needs to close.
