Even WindowsMobile devices have easier times with things like this. You have little marketshare Microsoft and now you're making it harder for people to use your product that has no EQ on it? The iPod Classic isn't the best thing, but they don't stop you from using other programs with it. MediaMonkey works with it (no issues so far). (its a hidden file so you will need to turn on the ability to see hidden files.)
