when I connect zune to my notebook, it has a pop up
"found new haredware"

when  I try to install but my computer cannot found hardware, it said

"cannot install hardware
There was has a problem to installing this hardware
An error occurred during the installation of the device
The system cannot find the spectifiled."

So, I go to devmgmt.msc

in the portable device it has Zune icon but
yellow notice also appear

What should I do?

(Sorry for my english T_T)

Try to select the Zune device on the program manager (the one with the yellow exclamation) and "uninstall" the driver.

When prompted again from Windows (perhaps after a reboot or Zune re-connection), give as a driver the file:
c:\Program Files\Zune\Zune.inf

Delete the Zune-with-exclamation again and go with windows explorer to c:\Program Files\Zune\Zune.inf .
Right click on it and then select "install".

If this won't work either, press winr+r and write: regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Zune\zunesp.dll"

If this won't work check:
