Like most Zune owners, today was the day Zune 1 owners would be able to update the Zune software and update the Zune to the new Zune features. Unfortunately I'm unable to do that. When I opened up the Zune software today i immediately got the message that I needed to update the Zune software which I did. After doing so I excitedly opened the program only to be broken hearted. the picture was all fuzzy with green on the top and pinkish beige on the bottom. I reluctantly deleted the software and redownloaded it only to meet the same fuzzyness except all pink. So I restarted my comp and redownloaded it only to get the same thing again. Here is the picture. Can someone please help me because now I can't put new songs on my Zune.

Interesting... maybe a graphics card incompatibility?

EDIT: Just in case you can do this, give it shot:

I had the old Zune software (pre 2.0) running on my XPx64 machine just fine. However I had to reformat, and I tried the old trick used on the original zune software on the zune 2.0 software however this has not worked for me.
I get a message "Can't connect to Zune Marketplace. Make sure no other instances of the Zune software are running, then try again."
is there a workaround for getting the Zune 2 software to work on windows xp x64?
