What is this thing photographer "The Cobra Snake" has? Definitely a Zune, but this one is red or could I say Watermelon Red ? This would be released some weeks after the Pink one, which means in June but we hadn't heard anything new till now...

This could be a Pink or an Orange one in a bad color-photo. The color we can use as a reference is the small orange spot on the Zune's hold switch (second photo). As you can see it looks just fine. So the rest of the colors should be fine too. Also we can see this one has a light red-ish or transparent dual shot. This means its not a red skin on his Zune.
The Cobra Snake has been in many Zune events, in different places. He can be a guy with an unreleased Zune version.
Some time at the end of October 2006, there was some Red Zune Limited Edition auction, La Brea Massive in Los Angeles:
As you can see this version is a darker Red, and has a green dual-shot, just like the Brown Zune has. And because of the "Union" logo at the back these Zunes can be distinguished.
