This Zune 80 although it was feeling great, didn't avoid the surgery table of RapidRepair. Those guys didn't stop just at opening but took everything apart and posted high-res photos of the device guts (call me chipset). As you can see the poor Zune 80 was still not drugged when the operation started, for God's shake ...
RapidRepair guys describe the process of opening a Zune 80 step by step . Its a great Howto if you ever come in need of opening your player. Of course this will void your warranty.
