Belkin accessories for Zune Print E-mail
Written by Kostas Tzounopoulos

BelkinBelkin is a company from Los Angeles which is in the market for 23 years now. Its experience from their iPod line of accessories was used in creating another line of accessories for Zune. We have photos of some of them and the names of some others...

This is the standard TuneBase FM transmitter, but refined for the Zune. It will transmit on FM channels 88.1MHz - 107.9MHz and also include a line-out for cars that include auxiliary ports. Programmable memory preset and an LCD display are included. The most Zune-specific feature about this accessory is the flexible neck. They did this to allow the Zune to be rotated to landscape mode so the passengers can watch movies easily. The TuneBase will retail for $79.

The TunePower is a fold-out kickstand and power adapter for the Zune. It can give up to six more hours of juice and will conveniently sit like a kickstand for easy video viewing. The TunePower will retail for $59

Acrylic Case has a detachable belt-clip that also doubles as a kick-stand for video viewing. The Acrylic Case will be available for $29.

The only problem with Microsoft is...
written by Stephen Rose, November 05, 2006
"The only problem with Microsoft is, they have no taste."

Originality I thought that this Zune was going to be some sort of threat to the iPod. But after viewing this template designed website and these 2 second "MS Paint" job photos of Belkin accessories.

And what's with the 3 inch screen still at 320 by 240, they just stretched the pixels - how very Microsoft of them?

You don't need to be an iPod fanboy/girl to realise that Microsoft has no taste, and they don't even know it.
