You should know Philip Richardson is Microsoft's CRM Program Manager. The way he used is to transform the contacts to jpg images which are then synced to the Zune player. So when you like to find a contact, you start browsing your images. Of course if you have a VIP in their, you can always set it as background :)

The jpgs are 320x240 images for optimimum display on the Zune's screen. Each jpg is named after the account or contact allowing you to use the Zune's alphanumber scrolling feature to quickly find records.

This is the first open release of the project (Alpha release). Be patient if you find it not working as expected. To use it you will need a Microsoft CRM 3.0 server.
