 This is an old iFanBoys creation with Steve Ballmer, Microsoft's CEO, dancing as in some iPod commercials. I noticed, while on vacation, coming alive again some days ago. So today I decided to write about it. And guess what, it is still linked from microsoft.com website ! ...
Here is Mr. Ballmer dancing with his "squirting" Zune

The video with Ballmer's shadow I believe is from an older Microsoft's developers conference. You can watch it here.
