Although Zune-Online doesn't encourage unrestricted filesharing, the DRM protection removal for personal compatibility reasons, is something that should be left on your own judgment. FairUse4WM can remove the DRM Zune Marketplace tracks use and permit their use on other Digital Players or Music Playing Software. EDIT: Read more about the creator of the tool...
You can download FairUse4WM v1.3Fix-2 from doom9 links below: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=127943 FileSend zUpload Files-Upload zShare QuickSharing SendSpace ShareBee MD5 hash 0d5eaa7f8010e1293221a320943adb7e
Also keep in mind that tracks rent with a Zune Pass, aren't yours to keep like those purchased for 79 Zune Points.
[Thanks for the tip Adam] EDIT: As Adam noticed on the Engadget's article comment the author of this tool is Divine Tao, an anagram for the hacker who has created earlier versions of this, Viodentia . Microsoft had been after him in the past but finally decided to drop the case. Here is an interesting interview with Viodentia on Engadget some months ago.
