No this is not a new feature of the awaited v1.3 firmware. jpegbook, a 3rd party program, transforms text to jpg images in the Zune compatible size, 320x240. The user can then read the book as images loaded on Zune...
It shouldn't be that difficult for Microsoft to implement this feature natively on Zune with scrolling features and other goodies, but until then jpegbook is your only friend: You can download jpegbook from here and read more instructions here . i downloaded the software, and try to use, but i can´t, because stay just symbols in the conversion.. so, anyone can help?
I think that maybe the problem is the encode of the text….
i tried to convert some pdf’s and .doc, but unsuccessfully..
If anyone could help, could be great for me and others one!
