 What if your Zune could understand which tracks are similar to the one you just listened and play them next? What if you can select to listen to "aggressive" or "soft" music and then let Zune find the right tracks? Science fiction you may think but that won't be the case in a few years. The system will have a number of available "tags" each track will get it's score by the software or player. It is based on machine learning and pattern matching where from a small set of results humans will provide, the system will be able to understand unknown tracks.  The system will also continue to learn when the user likes or dislikes an automatically selected tracks as matching the current playing. But it doesn't stop there as the user can select a few parameters of songs that wants to hear and the system can suggest tracks having them! 
Or the user can define scenarios, like jogging or studying listen music that fits the activity. [via Gizmodo ]
