The guys at BenInk have created a video showing how to replace your 30 GB Zune Hard Disk Drive with a 60 GB one. In this mod they go through the entire process (19 minutes videos) and explain every step you have to take to double your Zune capacity...
Even if the sound and image quality isn't perfect you can use this as a DIY guide. You should know that if you open your Zune and replace the hard-drive your Microsoft warranty is void. Zune Hard Disk upgrade VideosPart1:
