After Setting up the Wireless Sync System its time to see how it works. I subscribe to a couple of Podcasts, wait for Zune Software to download the last 3 episodes of each of them and hit "sync now" on my Zune! Everything works fine...
The Podcasts episodes I downloaded was in .mov and .mp4 format, but unfortunately Zune Software had to stop for quite a few seconds between syncing 2 files, probably to convert them (I noticed high CPU usage during the stops). I think Zune 30 even with the v2.2 Firmware doesn't support .mp4 . -- EDIT: Confirmed : Zune 30 doesn't support mp4, h.264 and dvr-ms video formats. But these can be converted by the Zune Software on-sync time or in the background a few minutes after downloading them (In your Zune Software go to: Settings -> Device -> Conversion Settings). See also: Zune 30 won't support mp4 and h.264 -- Subscribing to Podcasts (trust me, I selected the best!):
Starting the Wireless Sync Procedure:
Sync ends and I check if everything is fine:
