ZuneRama used his Zune Pass to download the top 50 tracks from the Zune MarketPlace. Then he tried to beam these to his wife's Zune to find out that 21 of these cannot be send via Wifi to another Zune!...
Jason Dunn of ZuneThoughts had also done a similar experiment, but he didn't have a that large sample of tracks (he found a similar result though, 3 out of 8 tracks failed). The photo below shows which tracks Harvey tried to beam using Wifi. If you have purchased normally (not with Zune Pass) some of these, it would be interesting to try to beam to another Zune and let us know what happened.
