 Microsoft in its Support Knowledge Base has added a new tag to help users identify their problems: Zune Live. Could this mean Xbox Live and Zune Live will come closer together in the future? Microsoft executives have mentioned in the past a merge of the two services which after all use the same background technology...
Lets see, Xbox Live has games and videos. Zune Marketplace has videos music and by the end of 2008 will also have games. Both also share the "social" concept so it won't be too difficult now from marketing point of view to share the same name too. What is the Zune Live ? No answer yet on the Microsoft KB.
