 For extra storage (and extra thickness) a guy put two 80GB hard disks on his Zune. He can boot one at a time selecting it with an external switch. Should we expect shortly the 1 TB Zune mod ?  Watch the video below...
This works by removing the 30GB hard disk and using two 80GB disks. You hae to turn off your Zune, change the active hard drive with a switch and turn Zune on again. You can find more information here in this ZuneScene forum thread.
