 The new Zune Firmware update version v1.4 is out. According to ZuneInsider this one only fixes some problems when listening tracks on shuffle mode but nothing more than that. Remember those v2.1.4 rumors ? They are not in this...
I don't know why Microsoft didn't name it v1.3.1 update, as this is only a minor fix for the pseudo random shuffle algorithm, as ZuneInsider announced . Zune Software didn't follow and remained in the v1.3 release.
As of the rumors talking about the Wifi Marketplace Sync v2.1.4 Firmware, thats definitely not it. Maybe we should stop believing the 1st-of-month rumors. The big announcement on NARM conference set for the 1st of May never happened as the big Zune news set for the 1st of June never arrived also. Although some days earlier the Microsoft Surface was announced which will be related to Zune in the future. OK, you know we can't handle that, post a rumor for the 1st of July it it will be on Zune-Online ASAP! Related articles:
