We knew there are still guys reading license agreements. But Kevin Tofel has gone too far. The guy is reading them on Sunday morning (?!?!). And he just found you can use any tracks purchased using a Zune Pass subscription on 3 PCs and 2 Zunes...

As we read in http://www.zune.net/en-US/legal/tosPage.htm :

14.2 Zune Pass Subscription Content Usage Rules. With a Zune Pass, you can stream or download content on a subscription basis on up to three (3) authorized computers. You can also synch your library onto up to two (2) Zune devices per Zune Pass subscription[...]

And don't forget to change synch to sync :)
