Aoccdrnig to a rscheearch at an Elingsh uinervtisy, it deosn't mttaer in waht oredr the ltteers in a wrod are, the olny iprmoetnt tihng is taht frist and lsat ltteer is at the rghit pclae. Thats so correct that it can raise $1.85 million trademark issues...
Zvue like Zune is a four letter word which begins with Z and ends with e. But Zvue is a registered trademark of San Francisco based HandHeld Entertainment company for a series of players like Zune. Microsoft didn't want to run into this kind of problems one month before the release of Zune and payed for a settlement $1.85 million to HandHeld! This was on November 9th Dow Jones Newswire but it didn't say what was the case exactly. So nobody payed attention. Todd Bishop found it today and has also the aggreement. But the story doesn't end here, because HandHeld after all seems to have found a new partner, Microsoft! Read the full story by Todd Bishop .
EDIT: Aoccdrnig to CrunchGear Zvue is gtetnig rleaesed tmorroow.
