This new softwear up grade sucks I have never been so upset with something that I have paid FULL PRICE FOR.. In my life so does anyone have any solutions as to be able to down load files for another sorce and then transfering the files to your zune????

Ok, now I'm Edgar I've work with many companies such as Microsoft. I accidently came across this web-site and as I'm reading the comments of everyone I see that many of you want a good audio/video converter that can convert in the most popular formats, free, and of course with no adware, spyware, virus (i mean nothing bad included).
